Hello,
I create two identical empires, with the only difference, that one's Society is 'Suppliers' and the others- 'Neutrals'. The suppliers have maintenance bonuses, that reduce maintenance costs of facilities, ships and units by 10%. However, it does not seem to work, because facility maintenance cost of both empires seem to be identical.
Is it a bug? Does 'Society' thing work at all?

Check the maintenance costs in the design screen. IIRC maintenance cost reduction works.
