What mean this?
lng_Politics_Min_Score_Pct_Diff_To_Surrender := 500
I think that this simply tell that for having tha AI to surrender, you must have at least the 500% of their score point, right?
So, for letting the AI surrender more easily, you can simply set this value to 200%? It would mean that if you have duoble his points, he would surrender, qhen you ask him, no? I'm wrong?

That's correct.
There's also a 50% chance in the stock script (Script_AI_Politics) that they won't accept the surrender when asked.
