Ringworld

Hey does anyone know a short answer on how to create a Ringworld in SE5?

I have some bases with the proper stellar manipulators, but I can't get them to actually do anything.

I know you need a Ringworld manipulator, 10000 mtons of of Hyperdensity cables and planetary gravity plating. i have no other ships or bases in the system, and it won't let me target the planet to create a ringworld...

Help...please...

Ringworlds are created around a star, not a planet.

Also you need to have at least one movement point. Or at least you used to, not sure if that has been changed.

Thanks, I knew they were around a star, but i thought you had to star near one of the systems planets (using it as materials for the ringworld). I finally built one. Thanks for the help...
