Error Loading History File

I came across an error while playing what used to be Balance Mod v1.09. I have been tinkering around with it so it is probably my fault...but I'm curious to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Has anyone received an error message saying something along the lines of "unable to load player 1 history"? The history file appears in the history directory but nothing displays in the log with the "history" button selected.
