Emergency Propulsion not working for baseship? |

I used up 9 moments on my baseship, tried to use the emergency propulsion component but there was no movement added and the component was not destroyed. And oddly enough, if I have all 9 movements on the baseship and I use it, the component will be used up and I'll have ONE movement point left. Does anyone understand what is going on?

Emergency propulsion is working for all kind off ship, also for base ships.
The "Use component" is a normal command. It is queued at the end. If there is a active “move to x,y” command the component is not used immediately. First the movement is completed, than the component is used.
You need to clear all orders first, than use the component again.
