"Combat To Hit Defense" calculation with speed and turn rate |

Description
I'd like to have the posibility to use the current speed (not the max speed, or current max speed) in combat defense calculation.
In addition the (max) turn speed should be used in that calculation to.
For example something like this:
Combat To Hit Defense := Get_Vehicle_CurSpeed() * Get_Vehicle_TurnRate()
