I have 1.44 & BM 1.08
Some turns ago I built the same ship in 10+ colonies. Then I cleared build queue.
But after turn I noticed that the same ship is in queue again. I cleared build queue again.
But the same ship after turn is in queue again.
I can't clear queue. I need not build anything at the colonies.
There are no colony ship build ministers or repeat build.
I destroyed design for this ship but it's not help me.
Is it bug?

make sure that the repeat build is not checked for a start & that the ships you are seeng "built" arnt refits I would also check if the construction minister is not active since this may be the cause.
If you try all this and think its a posible bug send a save game to MM & expect a fix in 1.5X

Did you enable the repeat build option? Maybe it doesn't like to have the queue cleared and restores it so it can continue repeating (which would be kinda buggy, but might be an explanation).
