Description
OK, I like ministers. What can I say? But today I turned off the minister for Fleet 1 to allow it to carry out the orders I had issued. When I ended my turn, the fleet minister issued orders to fleet 1 with no minister present. Just in case I was mistaken I verified that the minister was OFF for fleet 1 and ended my turn again. The fleet minister issued another set of orders for fleet 1 ending up with 3 different orders for fleet 1. One set that I had issued and 2 sets that the minister had issued. To a fleet with the minister turned off. Interesting, yes?
