I am palying v 1.33 eurpoean rtail version.
Evertime i offer an agreement, in the logfile i get ah message that i send a message, but i never get an answer. Not even ah rejections. Do i need special technology, or why i never get an answer?

I have the same observation. Most of the time they will answer, although it could take a few turns. Sometimes they don´t answer at all - just like me if I am too lazy to click the "answer" button

Try to reinstall with the English version. I had SE installed in German and got no answers from the AI, too. Using the English version and it worked. Hope this will be fixed with the coming european patch...

I am using the English version, and i get the same results. I don't even see a message come up that I'm sending, unlike the SEIV version. Right now, in the game I'm playing, i don't really care. I'm just going to annihilate anyone who gets in my way, whether they send me a message or not.

Weird...
