How do I add pictures for new Tech's that I create? |

Ok can someone help me out here, I am trying to add a new tech for the game but I have looked through all the folders I see and I cannot find the folder that contains the pictures for the various Tech Areas, Its easy enough to add new pics for components but I cant find where to add pics for the Tech's I create.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pictures\UI\Bmp_TechIcons.bmp is a bitmap of all the tech area icons. Add your new picture in one of the blank spots down the bottom.
