SE-V(1.35): Blowing up systems caused lockup |

Hi.
I just started with SE-V and i am playing without any mods, just updated it to v 1.35.
After 12 hours of grinding the techtree, i decided to try some fireworks and sent a stellar torpedo into a enemy star system (Zezzis). That was lovely.
However, when i tried to move on to my "main" system, the system map was "greyed out" i.e. it had nothing on it. Here i saved (i know, not wise but whats done is done).
Now, when i reload the game i can play on, but when i click on the destroyed star system (Zezzis) the game locks up. Also, when i advance to the next turn, it seems like the computer is processing the destroyed civilisation like it was still alive (started with 4 civs and it still processes 4 civs).
