Funny Intel Deal |
Ok, so I keep building Intelligence Centers, I have about 4 right now, but it still says i have 0 intelligence points per turn, and im getting reamed by enemy spies~_~ Anyone know what's causing this? Is it a bug, or some setting, or something I haven't done yet? I have level 1 in Intelligence tech, which I started the game with.

I'm finding that my intelligence projects are getting automatically shut down every turn after I start them. I was doing fine with sabotage operations, but now every time I start one up it immediately shuts down after I process the turn.
Any ideas?
All that is done before the naked stars is remembered

Antarian, only thing I can think of is maybe the intel minister got activated somehow... sounds annoying.

I've had that happen with intel (not sure if sabotage would have worked) until I turn the Minister on. Seems someone in my gov't is trying to usurp my power. o.0

Do you have any treaties with other empires that prohibits Intelligence?
