starting planets |

When I start a new game with more than 1 planet, they always get spreadout amongst 2 or more systems.
Is there a way to start with several planets all in one system, without starting with no wormholes?
I started a game without wormholes, but the AI is too stupid to create them......... and so the game becomes boring.

Re: starting planets
Settings.txt contains the fields for setting the number of AI/neutral empires.

You could play with no warp points connected if you have the stomach for it. It will always start you out in one sector no matter how many planets you want to start with. It is pretty when it comes up 10 large fully populated planets (when you use the all players home worlds same size option) until you realize your oponents are looking at the same setup.

Re: starting planets
You must be using a low number of total empires. I rarely have this problem with 3, sometimes with 5 and always with 10. Small map with many empires will minimize the issue.
