Population why is it falling? |
It seems like on alot of my planets especially on my homeworld, the population keeps falling and for some planets like "domed" planets the pop stays the same....whats going on in the 11 years that have passed in my game my home planet pop went from 5000m to 1182m dropping a few million every turn, how can i fix this?!

This might seem like a dumb question, but are you suffering from any plagues?

Check to make sure the planet isn't rioting, the conditions aren't 'deadly' or 'plague', the population minister is off, and that the people aren't migrating to other colonies.

'Environmental Resistance' is better than high reproduction. I have low reproduction and Environmental Resistance and I am getting 28% reproduction on some colonies. Next time you might want to try that.

Probably either planitery conditions are any deadly for example or you have a migration treaty with some one else and they are going off there.
For the first you need to improve planetery conditions and for the second happy people dont migrate
