Do players pick the options for no Gifting or Trading Tech much? Question is to do with human players.

I chose it for my last 2 games. Well 1 1/2 - had to abort the first one.
It's easier than trying to discipline myself. Haven't tested it yet, and don't know if it applies to tech sharing clauses in treaties.
