Greetings.
Some good fixes for remote mining:
Version 1.36:
1. Fixed - "Out of Memory" error when loading a game from within a game.
2. Fixed - Ground combat replay would sometimes show buildings and facilities moving.
3. Fixed - Intelligence defense could prevent all intel attacks over time.
4. Fixed - Duplicate line in SystemTypes.txt.
5. Fixed - Changed description of Remote Miners to say "only one ship or unit per turn".
6. Fixed - Multiple units were able to remote mine the same location at the same time.
7. Fixed - Two ships remote mining would both report positive maintenance costs even though
only one was actually mining.
8. Fixed - A vehicle with no supply could still remotely mine.

*Glances at new fix-list, closes spaceempires5.com, and keeps playing SEV with an occational jump to SEIV.*
I guess its a good thing that none of these are huge fixes. Guess most of the big stuff is behind us. Remeber the Fleet bug that stole all the ordinance? Good times.

Good fixes. 1.36+ will now be much more challenging from a resources standpoint...no more stuffing 10 mining sats in the best minefield in the area to cheaply keep ahead of needs. Freighter tech just got more important.

How was this changed exactly? Is there now a limit for defense point accumulation?

Nice to see things continuing to be improved. Woulod aprechiate a bit more work on tha AI as whilst it can be moded and there are good mods about it would be nice to have a beter one out of the box. Especialy as AI modiing isent the most straight forward thing to do.

Will the ability to modify or create new strategies from scratch using the game interface be fixed at some point?

Please fix interface issues. Like haveing to reset all those menus to show relivant info each time I use a new race. Have those setting save to the game, not the empire.

when do u think we will have the last patch? 2008? i cant believe ill have to wait over one year to play this game in it´s COMPLETE and challenging form.

the game is out now and plays just fine and if you want a challenge, go play on PBW
as for saving the settings to the game instead of the empire, that would be most useful on most occasions. but i can see something like two people playing hotseat and liking different settings can be a bit annoying.

Hey guys, I just figured out something.
Arron works about .34 Patches faster than Total War: Medevil. They just got to patch 1.2. 
PFFT.
What a bunch of losers.

Is there any hope MM will speed up the turns, and/or tweak or re-design the AI?
I realize it's improbable that either are bugs in the traditional sense, but... It'd be nice with a single-player game too.

Well, it's true it was somewhat overpowered... unlimited production...

What does that mean? On SEIV my miners ran out of supplies fast... yet still made me money. They need supplies now in SEV? And where is the FOW remembrance?
