Transferring resources did not show multiplier |

Description
One of my trade partners requested an economic loan. I clicked on the multiplier three times and it continued to show "0" but transferred 3,000 units. When I did not click on the multiplier, I only transferred 1 unit? Seems to be just a display problem to me.

Version 1.07 should have fixed this problem. You should now be able to to click and type in an amount in the Transfer Cargo & Transfer Units windows.The indent for Transfer Cargo & Transfer Units windows has also been increased.

Known bug
It's a known issue. You can increase the multiplier, but it always displays as 0.
I've made some suggestions to this screen including allowing the user to type in an amount etc.
