Description
Stated up Stock Game went into research. Had, according to game, 65,000% research. By 4th turn, I was able to achieve Tech 2 Tectonic Bombs.
I'm thinking this might have been due to using an Empire file from 1.33, but not sure.
Going to send save file to Malfador when I can.
