Allow 'hide hull pic' option in Ship Design & ship details windows

Description

Under the current system, when looking at ships, there is an option to "hide component boxes." What would be much more helpful would be an option to 'hide hull picture' Can we please get that in both ship design and details windows?

Why? The hull picture obscures the components in both the design and view windows - becuase it is semi-transparent and components are small, it is very hard to see what components are on a ship. An option to hide the hull picture would be very helpful. (oh, and please allow us to make it the default. As far as I can tell the hull pics themselves don't have any gameplay effect, and I for one never want to see them, so I would always have 'hide hull pic' turned on...)
