New Dark Nova game on PBW

For all of those who were sad about missing the last Dark Nova game, Beyond the Final Dark Nova game has been created on PBW. It will use version 4.26 (which hasn't been released yet, still running through some tests).

Empire creation using versions 4.22 - 4.25 are completely compatible with 4.26.
