Space Empires V General
In SEIV I was able to direct a newly constructed ship to another system for use. I see references in SEV but can not find how to do it.

Create waypoints (CTRL-#). In the construction queue menu, goto Queue Settings [bottom right corner], and scroll down to the bottom. You should see your waypoints.
