Hi,
an AI started a war on me a while ago. Since it doesn't leave its system, and mine is far away, there has been no fighting and mood did go up again.
But, i still have a big fat red "War" in the diplomacy screen.
I found messages to demand them to make peace with other empires, but how can i offer them a peace treaty?
I couldn't find a message type for that.

offer a very basic treaty with only a non agresion clause in it and see what hapens. if there mood is good enough they should take it eventualy
