Download version asks for CD Key...where is it?

I just downloaded the game from digital river, and installed it. Clicked to fire it up and first thing is does is ask me for the CD key. Where can I find that? If the # was included in a file, I couldn't find it in the install directory.

Any help would be great...I'm chomping at the bit to play the game damn it.
