The models and textures exist, but they are not used by any of the entries in the StellarObjects.txt data file. You'd have to create new planet entries in StellarObjects.txt that referenced the entries in XFileClasses_Stellar.txt in order for our solar system's textures to be used - but note they would appear randomly on a given map.
