...or actually starting the game after parameter definitions.
Path: New Game -> Standard SE5 (no other possibilities) -> OK -> define game parameters, Maps etc BUT NOT MULTIPLAYER (of course). After this you can save it, but when you push Begin - button -> "You must have at least one human player in the game." Can't get round of it. Is Game parameters only for MP? What is the thing I don't understand? Of course I can allways Quick Start, but it is not the same.

oh and the two things in the game perameters that effect you making you race is the number of racial points and starting tech points to spend
Tech Cost is also important.

if you want to play a custom game you have to create and save yourown race. just go to "add empire" and file it all in, just make sure you save it....
oh and the two things in the game perameters that effect you making you race is the number of racial points and starting tech points to spend.
