A couple of suggestions?

For the autosave, have it so you can declare a name it will always save to, say you want it to autosave to file Dark Lebanon, it will save to the file, but not in increments. Just one save file. If possible, it would be cool. ^^

For orders in repeating, have it so you can pause it. Like, I would like to use it for pop. transports, but sometimes my main pop. planet starts getting a little to low on my tastes. If you could put a pause button, a start button, it would be great. I found three buttons in like additional orders, one looked like a Play button, one a Pause button, and another a Stop button, but they did nothing. =[
