Greetings.
Official patch is scheduled for Monday, March 26.

v1.32:
1. Fixed - Strategy Damage Amount "All Weapons Gone" was not working correctly.
2. Fixed - Planets were not having their damage percentage calculated correctly for strategies.
3. Fixed - Planets were not launching units.
4. Fixed - In the Fleet Transfer window, "Create Fleet" was not working when no fleet was present.
5. Fixed - In combat, spreading of damage was sometimes using an incorrect target hitpoints amount.
This was most notable with planets not spreading their damage enough.
6. Fixed - Sometimes beams firing from a planet would fire from the far left corner of the combat map.
7. Fixed - Planets with rings would sometimes not fire bolt weapons against targets far above them.

Just last night I kept seeing this beam fly off the side of the map at my ships. I thought it was some Divine Being blasting me from the heavens. Now I know.

Is the 1.32 the patch that is to be release 26 or is 1.33 ?

My brass farthing is on it being 1.33 but we will have to see as I hope there will be some last minuite quick fixes in 1.33

Woah, even more auto-micromanage-aim tweaks. This be GOOD NEWS (as while I am a micromanager, I too like it when as much of this gets automated as possible).

Any experiences with time rate and PD weapons with the beta patch, Kwok? Last I heard from Aaron he said it had been fixed in 1.25, but that definitely wasn't the case. It's rather hard to reproduce, impossible in stock I think, so I can see how he might have dismissed the problem.

Now its on the Wiki, too. 
Hopefully the public patch cycles do not get longer everytime, because I fear the next patch would be released by end of June then.

Planets can launch units now, eh? While I like that feature (I hated having to microamanage my defensive fighters and load them onto carriers all the time!) I wonder if this can be disabled/limited for specific unit types... I can see planets autolaunching way too many drones or mines or something when you don't want them to!
Also it would be cool if you could limit unit launch to planets based on the presence (and quantity) of a "garrison" facility or "fighter bay" component on weapons platforms, like in MOO2 how you had the Fighter Garrison facility which allowed the launch of 40 fighters every 10 combat rounds...
All in all this patch looks to be exciting news and I'm looking forward to next Monday!

Maybe if it was possible to set strategy for specific planet, so you could have launching planets and not launching ones.

He is however the "Being" solely responsible for the Balance Mod and Owing to a past lives where he must have committed multiple atrocities of the most horrendous sort a beta tester for SEV
