is it possible to make it so that these compnents aren't destroyed after use?

just go to components.txt and look at the abilities of the wanted component and you´ll find "destroyed after use"

its been mentioned before the destruction of stellar manipulation components is hard coded, yes there is code attached to them to destroy them on use and that code when attached to some other component say a Capital ship missile will break it after use but if you remove it the Stellar manipulation component works just the same component still breaks just the same

Don't know if this is relevant but if you put in a repair bay, your "destroyed" component will repair itself. I do consider a component destroying itself a feature, though, it'd be nice to have it not hard-coded so we can take that feature out.
