When is the next patch coming out?

It sounds as if not until next week.

I'm interested in the 1.31 notes too They usually pop up every saturday or so

Aaron (MM) was away last week at a conference, so there was no v1.31 beta patch issued. I suppose next Monday is a fair date for the next official patch, but that's not official or anything.

Yes alliances are very broken, imo if they aren't fixed they should be simply removed from the game until they are just so people dont accidently ruin their game by using them. You can form what can be considered an "alliance" with people with just regular diplomacy anyways.

This next patch added almost everything i wanted to see so i have to play it in order to come up with what more i'd like to see fixed or added.
