dose any of you know how the ai evaluites tretys you offer for example dose it use a points type system like if you offer a big negertive (them shereing all there techs) can it be offset by small posertives (giving combat reports and intelegent reports and senser info) or dose the ai have some "red lines" that will cause them to all ways reject. and can they be intemated for example if you just wiped out they nabgher will they acepet more redley?

All I know is that the AI bases its decision on how much it hates you as suggested by its mood and tends to be less likely to agree to certain clauses than others and the further down the list of options for each clause the more this is. What the mechanics of this is I leave to some on e who has crawled about i8n the code where are the modders when you want one.

Each treaty element has an anger amount where an AI won't accept the element if it's beyond it - regardless of other positive elements you may give them to counter the negative element in a treaty.
