Racial Facilities not showing up on build screen?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can seem to find my racial facilities on the build screen.

For example: I research the Religous tech tree and get to lvl 2 and still no religious facilities

also using 1.25 patch if that matters

Look under Applied Science for Religious Technology. Religious Studies is a prerequisite for that area, which is the one that provides the facilities and components for the Religious racial trait.

thanks that was it completly. i'm new to the SE series and was aware of that. I just kept researching the theoritcal religious tech tree. any other noobie mistakes you can point out would be great! I read alot of the board and played alot so i'm ok with the basics. The more advanced stuff i haven't really gotten to yet. thanks again.
