One-way treaty clause bug? |

Ever notice that when the AI sends/amends a treaty, it comes through as "The [blank] will ... to the [our empire]"? Where instead of 'blank' it should be your empire name?
I've investigated a bit and I get the feeling the game ignores those clauses. I logged in as an AI who I had a "'Player empire' (left blank) gives all sensor information to 'our empire'" and it wasn't getting my sensor information. It had no idea that I have a ship in its home system, never mind what my own systems look like. It doesn't give me tech in its "'our empire' gives tech to 'blank'" clause.
This is a rather old bug/phenomena but only now do I realise that this lack of naming me actually breaks the clause itself. Is this bug known or does it need reporting?

Re: One-way treaty clause bug?
not seen this bug in stock but did see it I think in BM 1.0/1 and its in the IRM and has been for a while which I heva told FH about will have to again, Not major but irritation as its the players empire name which is left as the()empire
Re: One-way treaty clause bug?
I only noticed the empire name display issue have not seen any problems with the implementation of the clauses.

Re: One-way treaty clause bug?
The game does ignore these clauses, because they are not with any empire - hence the missing name.
