Quadrant map pic?

Is there any way to change the picture that is under the Quadrant map. Say to a Centered Galaxy or an Empire's flag just thing would make the maps I'm making look better.

I can't want for a map editor editing the system types and quadrant files is long but it not like i have much else to do at work

WOW not only is this game modable but skin able too (at least in looks)
