Description
After giving the control of my Empire to the AI for some rounds, it was building 200 ships (max). But the empire still has only 8 Resupply Depots on Level 2. Now, all fleets have no supplies. The AI is not building additional Resupply Depots or researching better ones, if necessary. The AI is also not building Supply Ships for fleets (without supply) that need 20 (or more) rounds to fly to the next Resupply Depot.

just as a clarification does this hapen in the stock game or are you using a mod
