AI Team Mode Intel Still Broken

I tried running my stock 1.20 saved game with the new 1.25 patch and discovered that AI team-mode intel is still broken. While I'm generating 28 million intel points against 1.2 million AI intel from 4 races I'm still getting trashed by the AI's on intel. I have everything on defense, no intel on espionage or sabotage, and I should not be getting trashed by any successful AI intel ops. Obviously the 1.22 intel fix did not fix the AI team-mode intel bug or it does not work retroactively.

I sent Aaron my saved game files showing this problem so hopefully he will use them to ensure the AI team-mode intel bug gets fixed properly.
