Does ship and fleet experience work? |
I took the time to ramp up a fleet and individual ships to the max experience, but I don't notice an effect. Is experience implemented? If so, what is the exact effect?

Last I read it is still broken
In SEIV the fleet and unit XP stacked or otherwise increased to hit % and defense bonus. I believe I read in an earlier post that it's not working yet.
