using custom ship sets in the Balance mod!

Hi guys, i am an unashamed star trek/star wars/B5 fan, so its great to finally see a star trek ship set for SEV, i downloaded it and looked at the models and i'm very happy with it.
Its Necromancer3's TMP ship set v0.3 btw

But then i loaded up SEV and started a new game of the latest version of Captain Kwok's balance mod, and tried to create an empire, and couldn't find the ship set, i tried to create a stock game empire and there is was, the last picture in the list, but its not appearing in the balance mod!!

Can anyone help?

There are instructions in the readme.txt file for adding custom sets to the mod.

Is a definition written by the sane. So I ask wouldn't the sane have to be insane to know what insanity is?

How would one study (in the begining) what one doesn't know.
