Description
Regardless of the resolution setting I select, the game is stuck in windowed mode.

Resolved.
Sort of.
Changing from the RADEO9600 driver to default allows the game to go full screen (have tried this previously), but I'm experiencing the same issue described by others in that there is a LARGE black border around the game essentially limiting it to 1024 x 768.

To change the resolution you need to exit the game from the startup screen. Load it, go to Setup, change res, quit, reload and play.
