Description
In the Create Design window in the Design Statistics pane, when the second pane is displayed (Hull Structure, Cargo Space, ..., Acceleration), the Tool Tip for the bottom section of that pane shows Total Cost. Total Cost is an attribute shown on the first Design Statistics pane, rather than the second.
Additionally, the Tool Tips do not line up with their Attributes. For example, you have to hover the mouse below Cargo Space (between Movement and Shields, to be precise) to get the Cargo Space Tool Tip to display.
Screenshot attached. It's a .bmp compressed with 7-Zip (www.7-Zip.com). If you need it in plain-old .zip, please let me know and I'll re-attach (I like .7z because it's a much better compression algorithm in terms of space savings).
