Improving construction queues.

Description

At the moment construction queues are building facs at the level they where when the queue was created which is a real pain, as it means any time I upgrade any one of the facs that are in the queue I need to create a new queue.

Is it not possible to change how the construction queues operate so that they simply use what ever level of fac is available at the time the queue is used.

At the moment if I create a "huge research" queue for a huge planet, I will build 1 Space Yard, 23 Research Centers, and 1 Computer center. These maybe levels 5/8/3, then everytime I use "huge research" then it starts building 5/8/3 ignoring the fact that I now have 15/100/21 level facs available to me.

In the construction lists, which lists all planets/ship space yards, there is an upgrade button. Clicking this without any object selected upgrades all facilities both built an in-queue. Clicking it with an object selected does the same, but only with the selected objects.

Though I could see adding an Upgrade All button to the planet-specific queues.

Yes, Use the Construction Queue Button

I use the Construction Queue Button icon (shaped like a wrench) to do ALL my upgrades. It's much, MUCH more efficent and quicker than dealing with the individual items. Just click on "Upgrade All" and immediately go back to playing. And you won't even have to be concerned about overlooking something, either.
