When setting up a game with 5 planets ( or whatever number) and warppoints enabled,I start in 2,3,4 or five systems.
Would it be possible to start in a number of systems specified by the player?
I would like to start in 1 system if i want to, and the only way to do this right now would be to start without warppoints.
In this case I dont know if the AI players are smart enought to create wp's them selves........
I would like your oppinion on this.
I always play with full
I always play with full tech, so that would be no problem.
But the points is when i play with wp's, my planet get scattered across several systems and i like them all in 1 system or 2 at the most.

As far as I am aware the AI
As far as I am aware the AI isn't yet able to create warp points, also beaware that the open warp points device is a long way down the stella manipulation tech tree and thats a VERY expensive (I think its the most expensive) tech to research.
If you are planning on doing this it would be worth altering the setting for this device to make it easier to research (not sure how to do that but if you ask here I am sure someone will help you)
