I'm confussed as hell. Now that I have version 1.17 the entire load cargo to ships procedure to non-op. I end up having to use load/unload remotely for anything to happen. I can't be the only one in the world with this problem, what am I doing wrong?

well 1st of all I would say get the new patch, run version 1.20.
