I'm starting modding a little, but when I've searched a list of the abilities tha can be used, I haven't find anything... there's a list somewhere?
And one more question... I like to make Crystal and Organic version of ship more usefull... it's possble to add some abilities to the ship? I've thinked to make the Organic Ship self repairer, but if i put the ability from the repair bay, the ship will fix EVERYTHING in the sector... maybe I can use the ability "Component - Regeneration"?
Finally... how can I cut off the 1 component per ship limitation? If I want to make possible to put more than one solar sail on one ship, how can I make?

No. You might have to make a change or two depending on what was changed in the patch, but not redo it.

Modding documents are in the works, but you can download the description files that list most of the abilities:

Using the "Component - Regeneration" component on the hull can contribute regeneration for any component that has the same ability. But then you'd need a bunch of unique components for organics ship with the regen ability. In the Balance Mod, I have Organic Ship hulls that use the ability to help boost the regen rate on Organic Armor only.
Solar Sails use the "Movement Extra Generation" ability, which only stacks if the Amount2 value is different between two components - so you'd need at least two variations on solar sails with a different amount2.
