Weapons report - a select level option? |

Description
It would be nice, in addition to just being able to compare the current max level's of one's weapons, to be able to set the tech level of a weapon viewed in the chart. And include those weapons & levels that have been encountered in others' ships, since it's already known info that is viewable in other ways.
ALso, I am in a game where I am pretty sure I set the 'view entire tech tree' to be enabled, but am still only able to see my own current TLs. Relatedly, there seems no way to view the full set of the current game's settings anywhere.
