Supply Magic Bug sorta still active in 1.17

I erased my prior install of SEV, reinstalled from the disc and ran the 1.17 patch. I proceeded to a game. Right around turn 65 or 75 my Radioactive supplies began to disappear. The Mineral and Organics did not seem do disappear. The Radioactives began dropping turn after turn until they were at zero then I began getting lock-ups in the production yards. I kept building more and more Radioactives refineries and eventually I have been able to run with 12,000 surplus per turn after maintenance and construction is accounted for. The game is NOT crediting all of the 12,000 and I get maybe 3,000 into storage.
Thus it would appear that there is a leak in the radioactives storage locker and I am losing them at 8,000 or 9,000 per turn. As long as I keep them flowing in at above that level then I can operate. My biggest concern is that I tend to get ships out and then re-build them when my tech has advanced. I cannot do this with zero in the storage locker.
It seems that the leaks in Minerals and Organics have been plugged however this one remains open.
All that being said I do not seem to suffer from any other bugs with this patch. The game is fantastic, deep, challenging and really more than I was hoping for. (Did I say "Visually Stunning" also?) I am gald I hung on this long.

Organics has the same issue

I am not so sure it is a leak. But if it hit zero it stays zero. I have a similar problem with organics in my currenct game. My procution in organics is 15K greater than my requrments.

I have seen it self correct. If I trade with another empire and they put me postive more than say 5k to 10k. Then it starts adding correclty after that.
