Need help adding a new shipset |

I've created a new ship set, everything loads correctly in the shipset viewer and I have all the required files. But when I select the ship set in game it gets changed to the terran set as soon as I close the empire creation dialog. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit:
Disregard that, I'm an idiot. Forgot to change some of the paths in AI_Main.
