Retrofitting Units? |
Is there a way to retrofit units without destroying them and rebuilding? I'm not talking about ships. One of the first things I do is ring my planets with satellites. As my tech improves, I want to retrofit them.

No UI for it...
By definition in the data files they can be retrofitted, but there is no UI for this at the moment. It's on my constant pester-list.
