Strategy Guide for SE5 or SE4

Assuming such a beast even existed, a quick google suggests SE Wiki as a good place to start.

The Wiki is extremely incomplete as far as serving as a strategy guide.

What I have been doing is to perform an advance search on this FAQ forum, under the Advanced Search options. Then select keywords relevant to your topic, and if the search text inserts OR into the search criteria be sure to replace with AND to get more relevant results.

For example, if I was searching for how to resupply ships, then I would pick the terms

ship supplies

Then pick the FAQ forum to search, then after the results came back, replace term

ship OR supplies

with

ship AND supplies

I have no idea why people think OR is the best logical operator to use for default searches.

There is sort of a Wiki for SEIV. It's pretty good and some stuff is still relevant. The 300 page manual for SEV will get you up and running though.
