Is there a workaround the endless battle?

I mean, has anyone found a way to prevent battles from resuming over and over after one or the other side retreated? Any way to return the battles like they were in 1.08 without reinstalling? For sure i don't want to forfeit the good stuff that came with 1.13, and i don't want to loose all the work i'm doing modding it...

I tried, I also tried by setting the radius to 2000, but I still have the “endless battle” bug. I think we’ll have to wait for the next patch…

It doesn't seem to matter. If any retreating ships manage to survive the round, the fight will resume again... I think the only work around right now would be that ships never runs out of ammos so they can kill each others at some point or another... Or maybe change the scripts so that ships never try to flee the battle... Hum, that could work.
