Something weird

Ok, this seems to be a bug or at least i dont understand what did happen. I was building my empire and had not yet seen any other races around, i quit turn and in beginning of new turn i suddenly realised that i had a destroyer class vessel in middle of galaxy in place that i had not even been yet, far away from my border systems, this destroyer had a crew of different alien race and it was minister controlled, or at least it did claim to be, but suddenly for some reason this ship was mine, they gave it to me even i had not seen their race? i was pretty happy about this of course as i had not even invented destroyer class technology yet I did check news to see if there was anything odd and there was just notice about first contact that i obviously didnt make...

Maybe a trojan horse heheh
